Trainer Performance Monitoring and Assessment (TPMA)

Continuous time and budget restrictions placed upon Training Providers and Training Departments means that sending trainers out to ‘train the trainer’ courses, to achieve professional qualifications is not always feasible. The LPI has recognised the need for training managers to become empowered to assess, monitor and benchmark the performance of their own trainers.

Consequently, the LPI launched the Trainer Performance Monitoring and Assessment (TPMA) service. – a real quality benchmark for trainers. This cost-effective service is authorised, governed and monitored by the LPI and is a record of the training professional’s quality of performance in a live environment.

Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF)

Today’s organisations are requiring learning and development professionals to do more with less. They are being asked to deliver learning to more people, with less budget, and provide learning events that will not only save money but deliver increased business performance.

This certification course from the LPI will provide L&D professionals with these essential skills, providing 14 hours of live online instruction, together with self study assignments, and culminating with an assessment of those skills in a live environment. Find out more
