The Performance through Learning Programme
The Performance through Learning Programme represents the journey to becoming accredited and continues beyond the accreditation award.
The process of realising and enhancing performance through learning focuses on a number of different areas. The Performance through Learning programme will take participants through each of the following:
Business Integrity: A review of your internal marketing processes. How do you demonstrate the value?
Learning & Development Performance: How to develop a successful L&D strategy and how this links with the overall business objectives. How do you measure ROI? Where can value be added?
Learning & Development Staff: How to develop a successful relationship with stakeholders and how to translate learning needs into value added proposals. Additional focus will be given to the ongoing development of your trainers.
Pre-Learning Activities & Outputs: A look at the participants' learning needs analysis and administration processes. With a focus on techniques which reduce administration time and allow facilitators to dedicate their time to delivering learning.
The Blend of Learning: What types of learning are you offering? Is your current mix best suited to the organisation or stakeholder needs? Here the programme focuses on the different technologies that could enhance your training and the quality of your learning materials.
Post Intervention & Ongoing Learning Support: How do you monitor effectiveness? A look at the different types of learning intervention. The impact of training on job performance, how effective is it and could it be improved.
